PuntaCana Ecological Foundation in the PuntaCana Resort and Club has an organic farm where they grow several types of vegetables and herbs: rucula, lettuce, green peppers, spring onions, basil, mint and others. You can buy them from their shop, along with other organic products including honey and compost.

Their honey is delish! and each batch is slightly different depending on the wildflowers in season (you can see the colour ranges from pale golden to dark golden)

If the shop is closed at lunchtime then go to the Eco Foundation's main reception and ask there.
