How long does it take police after they charge you to get your case into court when your charged with drug trafficking??

If you are arrested then you will be in court in the afternoon, or the morning. If you may be considered guilty then you will be remanded until your lawyer can get his act together where you will be sentenced. Very rarely are people who may be considered guilty of a crime serious here allowed out on bail, infact unless high profile I dont think I have ever heard of it.

Usually 3 months detention. Unless the lawyer can have the charges dismissed.
