Sad day in DR

reminnds me of my first trip to Samana by cruise ship. When we stoped in Samana we decided to take a cab to the beach for the day, on the way back from the beach we waited an hour in a traffic jam and wondered what could be wrong ????? as we approached the area involved it appeared they were prepairing the road to be repaved, a truck while trying to back onto the shoulder had fallen in the ditch.....The expressions on the faces involved were priceless, one looked mad, one looked lost and one was laughing his ass off..........these were all workers that were involved with the repaving, I wish I'd have taken a picture to share with other DR1 participants.

OMG if that was a river of beer you would NEVER get me out... NEVER...

Empty crates

Notice that most of the crates are empty - Ask any drunks in the area what happened..

Definitely alchohol abuse.
