Request for information on Dominican cooking

My friend and I are students in a first year spanish class in
Pennsylvania, USA. We are doing a report on food, meals, and cooking in the
Dominican Republic. Our school library does not contain much information.
Could you kindly direct us to someone or some source that might be of help to
us? Thank you very much for your assistance. Forgive us for not having
written in spanish. Estamos Aprendiendo pero no sabemos mucho en este
momento.
