Do you have any idea how much that is? There are 6 tareas in an acre and 619 m2 in a tarea. You are talking about something between 11,000 and 22,000 m2 of good real estate?
This is not something to do over the internet. You would be best served to come down, look around and check prices. And I mean all kinds of prices: Land, building materials, construction costs, permits and so forth.
In other words, boots on the ground, basic stuff.
The you go out and find your property...and get a good lawyer!!
