It outilines why the Vicini's were willing to go partners with the English Film Studio that is setting up shop on the South Coast. Quite possible a great move for all parties.
While I snidely remarked that it did not have anything to do with LF's excursion to India's Bollywood, I also knew in the back of my mind that the Vicini's would not have made a move like this without telling the bossman something.
Let us hope that some of what has come to New Mexico and other states, can come to the DR...can you imagine what $10 billion (even over 10 years) could do for so many people??
