I am divorcing my husband via the courts in the uk but I am living in the DR. My uk lawyer has sent me an afidavid that I have to sign and it needs to be wittnessed by a lawyer in the PP area who is qualified to wittness a uk afidavid.
My question is, is there this type of lawyer here?
