this a brand new project and a very nice building in front of the beach entrance at Costa del Sol, - the one that has the colors lights in the night-the building inside is beautifull!!! and is very organized- first impression-; it is not in the beach but it does have sea view (depends on the floor) but we have some doubts since i believe there are no people living there permanently - not that it is a problem but we just really need to know if maybe there are some issues or may be not! who knows anything about that building?
