I finally got my air conditioner installed today, but I think I may have been ripped off. The guy said he was going to charge me 1,000 pesos more because he had to add "tuberia", and that my AC only came with 10 pieces, which I am aware of. I am not fully aware of what is tubing, but I do not think he actually put it on there, because when I went to the roof all of the wires were wrapped in what seems to be tape. I called him numerous times, and he kept trying to convince me that the tubing was under the tape, but I though the tubing was like ablack styrofoam. My question now is should I go back to the store where I bought the A/C to complain about his work, because it does not look or sound right to me, because the guy that installed it works as a contractor for the company. Also he did not nail the AC down to the roof, is that standard or optional. Your input is much appreciated.
