Hope someone can help me! I bought some earrings about 2 years ago in the DR. They were not Larimar or Amber...I was told they are "Sunflower Stone" and that it is a relatively new mine, somewhere in the DR. Has anyone heard of this or seen it? It is brown and gray with distinct 'flowers' of white or cream. I cannot find any info online about it. Thanks.
