When I read your request, Joan, I asked two people where it is and they both located it next to the Luperon and 17th street! This region actually I do not recomend to foreigners to enter without proper aquaintance!
While checking now on a different map I see it is more to the west AND therefore past Villa Juana and does definitly do not belong to the place as previously desribed! I hope all people from La Fe will excuse me - it wasnt intentionally - just wanted to give u' a guide!
For the harrassment - over here as stated compliments may occur (especially if you are good looking and clothed), but I compeard it with the US where you for the same may get prosecuted!

To W. Mejia: When I stay in NY, I be in the Bronx and it is even at daytime sometimes a problem to get a taxidriver willing to bring me there!! (I believe this goes not for La Fe!!!!!)
