Yes, I have exclusive line in LT -Claro lowest speed. VOIP is good with Skype 90% of time.
Some Speeds about .4 / .15
Watching video clips works mostly at nights. e.g. bbc news - at other times pauses. I suspect that even if you pay for higher speeds trunk optical connections to Europe etc. are limited.
About 0.5% -1% downtime and 5% of time e.g. after a storm very slow.
About 45 dollars a month : but your have to bear in mind they may not have too many customers in LT and they must maintain microwave links etc. Need to go to Nagua to order/negotiate.
Service contract is 2 working days to fix - not so good. Do have english telephone response.
Special tv/internet/telephone deal on at moment.
Service is gradually improving.
