when reserving a car for 1 week in mid may @ POP from budget and avis, i noticed to my great surprise, that compared to early april both have increased their rental rates by about 50%, and liability insurance by 100%.
anyone knows more about this?
IMHO that's not the best way to get more visitors to the north coast.
