prescription drug clearance

Can anyone give me some info on if clearance is needed to enter DR for certain prescription drugs such as birth controle pills.

What about any presription drugs? Anything special you need to bring?

Bring your prescription. But the likelihood of you being asked is very low.

We just came back from the DR this week and I had a similar concern. The advice I was given prior to leaving was to ensure that the prescription or non prescription drugs are in their original labeled container. We had no problem.
