i was driving in the area east of caracol and north of las americas and the gas station.i see alot of solares and alot of houses being built and too many built houses up for sale.i was thinking of talking to israel martes.i see his signs up everywhere.i'm thinking of building a nice house in that area.but what's the deal over there? why are so many people selling their beautiful new homes??? anyone got the lowdown on the property situation in that nice sublet.i think i seen the name something 'jardin'???
