I was born here in DR- I legally changed my last name to reflect my fathers name during my naturalization in the US. however my birth certificate shows only my mothers last name as she alone declared me as her daughter.
how can I make the correction, or how can i get my name to align with the legal name change . can i get my cedula with my new name. thanks. Im in DR now and would like to carry one identity not two. thank you.
