Hi,

Coming from the uk in May for six months, could anyone please tell what information i should put on entry visa form vis a vis return date etc?

I'm a Canadian, I've lived here two years without residency, etc.

Everytime I fly back here, I just put 30 days, regardless. I've done this about 8-9 times.

I don't think anyone at immigration/customs has said two words to me when I arrive to get my passport stamped.

I have even put 3 months, which is way over the allowed time, never had an issue. And they do check my papers carefully because as Uruguayan I do not need a tourist visa. But to be safe, go with one month.

You should put the correct date and pay the extra tax right there, this way you are staying here legally for six months! The extra tax should be something like the equiv. of US$10.00 per month.
