tell me you're kidding. i sent the article to several dominican friends who actually work in call centers in santiago & the capital.
they all found it entertaining.

Very funny indeed, the article does not imply a complain but rather a hilarious, unexpected experience from someone that is admitting ignorance when it comes to a place call "La Vega"....

Supervisor in Santiago call center said the only thing missing from the article was that when you're done, "den choo torn it of".
Another said we should simply try to "stop priyoyin people".
