humidity problems with new LT

I've just bought a new HP l/t and I think it is suffering from humidity problems, does anyone have any solutions to resolve this possibility?

Well, I'm presuming it is humidity as I had an issue with my last LT and was told on taking it to be fixed it was down to humidity and it had to kept more vented, well how vented is my kitchen table, I can't really improve on that. It is new and twice this week the screen has gone a bonny green colour and just stuck on, I close the top down, open it up again and it restarts itself. I have a new foam soft case protector I keep it in, I'm wondering if this could be causing the humidity to build while I'm not using it. I'm not sure exactly what the material is but it is wetsuit type stuff.
I was wondering if anyone had some gadget to blow air through the back or something silly like this.
