Nearest passport application office in Puerto Plata?
I'm trying to find a website for information about obtaining a passport for a DR native living in DR.

There is a Government building directly across the street from Casa Nelson. There is a Passport Office there. They can help you.

If your "native" does not know where the passport office is, there is no use sending the money to be spent on one! It is that simple. The "native" will never, ever, get a visa to anyplace you can think of. Well maybe Vietnam or Pakistan.

Never, ever, buy a passport for a Dominican!!
