New Tires in Santiago

Need 4 new 265/65R17 tires. Is Price Mart the place to go? Did a search didn't see anything recent.

Most certainly check out PriceSmart. Also check out MAU (Manuel Arsenio Ure?a) there on Bartolom? Col?n, just down the street from H20...big sign out front. And finally, De Leon Gomas, further down the Bartolom? Col?n Ave, Let's see, from MAU, it would be 1,2 lights, across a tiny bridge and there on your left: DE Leon Gomas.

My Montero Sport uses the same tire and I got a set from MAU for RD16k a year ago or so. They are actually better than suv tires because they are truck tires and they are around 230 width so they wear less on the drivetrain but still have sufficient height.

De Leon and PriceSmart are goode choices. I got a set from PM a couple of months ago.

I got my last set at PriceSmart...good prices, actually honor the warranty and very fast and professional installation. The will fix and rotate tires free....but don't lose your receipt!

De leon Gomas or Arsenio Urena are my favorite place for Gomas while in Santiago, don't buy American or Canadian tires in DR they have too much steel for the kind of road over there...
