Last time I was in DR people told me you could take a ferry to Puerto Rico, but snooping the forums here now, it seems the company is no longer active?
If not, then what would be the cheapest way to get from DR to PR? I'm guessing by plane is my only option, and wont be a cheap one at that .. ?
