Yup. - We finally got him out of jail back end of last year (he was in for 14 months!!) fully exonorated by the Appeal Court Judges. His adversary is still trying to get the Prosecutor (Fiscal) to bring charges against Stuart but is finding it increasingly difficult. It looks as though Stuart's adversary will have to pay the large compensation Stuart has been pushing for for so long.
At present Stuart is out of the country relaxing, but will be back if any court appearance becomes necessary or if final settlement is made (AND ENFORCED) by the courts in his favour. You might well see another & improved 'OTRO MUNDO' if this should happen within the next two years.
