Visiting Haiti with Haitian passport
Hmmmm...
Yes, you can go to Haiti with a Haitian passport and nothing else. This is why the Haitian passport exists. However, you might not be able to return to the DR if you do not have the appropriate Dominican visa. Also, keep in mind that your Haitian passport can not be within 6 months of expiration. Occassionally, Haitian border authorities will not let you cross until you have renewed your passport.
If you are currently in the DR, which I assume you are from your post, you need to visit the Haitian Embassy in Santo Domingo or the Haitian Consulate in Santiago if you are still unsure.
