Not officially but there are about 9,000,000 Dominican car mechanics...the best there are..and they screw up your car in record time!

I am going to be the poopy head that gives the factual answer: yes, there are some companies offering this service. I pay a bit extra on my Claro bill each month to get this service (which I have never used). Your insurance company may also offer it depending on the plan you buy. Ask them.
