It's a Ontario Drivers License - by the drivers license numbers you can tell his birthday.

He was born in 1943... last couple digits missing to pinpoint the date.

#179 refers to the number of the post in the thread 9to which the link was given0.
The post ## are found in the dark blue top stripe at the right (e.g. this one is #9).

Common people, okay he might have not been a very nice guy but still it is always nasty and sad to hear that someone is killed or died so please some respect for a person no matter what...I knew him too i live here at the complex and know how he could be but never the less okay...RIP

In resume, in this video we can hear her neighbor (of condo), she speaks of lifestyle of the victim, that he liked to show that he had succeeded and that he had money. In addition she said, that she had warned the victim to not to invite anyone (tourists, prostitute etc.) in his condo just to show he had money. The person who speaks suggested the theft hypothesis

My condolences to his family. It's sad that a man reaches that age in life and dies alone in a foreign country.
