Hey.

Would enyone be able to tell me how much I will pay in custom on VCR's and computer's when I enter DR.?????

Can't answer your question. But, if you don't know, VCRs and Computers can be purchased in the DR. It's generally not worth the risk (possible damage to and/or lost/stolen property, paying customs charges, etc) to bring them in. Why not just purchase when you arrive?

The VCR's Im going to bring in is not just an VCR but worldwide VCR's wich do Pal & NTSC, wich I rely would need there.
Im an underwater Videographer, and sell my footage, therfore I need the woldwide VCR.

TCIWAY.net...duties here very similar to Turks & Caicos Islands. 30% on luxury items. Or so I have found.

HI Christy.

Thanks. Right now I am in Turks & Caicos Islands, and know way to much about the 33% custum.
Is there any way to get around paying 30 or 33% ????

Unfortunately, I think it depends on who you know. A little greasing of the palm...you know.
