Tambo, obviously Robert has an opinion (based on his statement after closing a thread) that he wants to share with us. why do i want more ? i think it's interesting reading. for years WE all knew this existed in the DR, but people were afraid to talk about it. now that it's out in the open, let people share their opinion.
