I took a trip to the DR about two weeks ago and fell in love with your country and its people.
I am sure, like here in the US, there are problems which you must face, but your people are obviously your greatest asset.
This board is testament to that.
EVERYONE I met at our resort (Coral Costa Caribe in Juan Dolio) and beyond were fantastic.
I plan on many returns...my only regret is that I met a Dominican woman about my age (30) on the beach and was too intimidated by her beauty to ask her out for a drink! She was intelligent, and very beautiful. Ooops.
