You know I'm off, just so happens I'm off and will be living and working with some BMC and EUMC guides for a while. I'd be interested just to see what they made of these accidents and if they had any input or opinion.
Mine is accidents happen, but maybe they know of something that even here could be enforced to secure the adventure slightly better, maybe not but just a thought if anyone has any idea.
