Don P wrote something that struck something in me 'they always arrest someone'. This means obviously there are more innocent crims inside than guilty crims, for serious crimes anyway. Once wrongly arrested for murder or a even a less serious crime is there any form of legal aid at all to help these people out?
I predict the answer will be depends on family for legal aid, but just a thought, considering the amount of serious crime committed by those who can not be arrested. If someone is getting time for all these, it is sad for some poor souls.
