Some time ago there was a posting and photos of a delicatessen/restaurant that served and sold many varieties of sausages. I think one of the Mikes on this forum posted it. Was it called Berlin house or something similar? Anyway I having been looking for that post and can't find it now. Has anyone been there recently? Can you post address and info? Thanks,

The Berlin shop is in Cortecito on Ave Alemana, to the right of Plaza Nautical (where Chez Mon Ami is) It's in the new white brick plaza tucked away in the back left corner. Plenty of parking right outside. And their sausages are all goooood!

There is a restaurant in Santo Domingo on the Malecon called Chalet Suissa. Very good german style sausages, kraut, etc. Also a German Butcher shop near ther Presidente Beer location not far from there.

A Swiss friend of mine told me that there is a very good German butcher on 27 de Febrero in Santo Domingo. I've lost contact with him and have never found it. His opinion was that the butcher near the Presidente brewery is good, the one on 27 is superior.

Ich bin hungrig. Ich m?chte gut Deutsch Fleisch. :lick:
