Robert, why was this thead closed down? Don't tell me there is already a thread in 'off topic' about us downtrodden newbies!
On a more serious note, I dont think there is a problem having a '500' club and hopefully I may get a ticket for it one day, but does that mean any 'newbies' are not allowed to discuss anything in the other forums that may or may not already be being discussed in 'off topic' that we wouldn't know about as we can not see what is being discussed (phew! I'm gonna have to find another word instead of discussed!)
I think it is a little unfair to limit what 'newbies' can converse about just because there is a similar thread in 'off topic', after all the partisipants in the 'off topic' conversation are not obliged to take part in the other forum topic!
