Adios jarabacoa, hello gatlinburg tenesse.

Gatlinburg is based 99% on tourism, pricy to visit ? not bad, beautiful area, good climate but I have no idea how it compares with Jarabacoa as far as cost of living. If I could guess based only on what I've read on DR1 it is probably cheaper when all costs are considered .
