Death penalty, just pondering.

Can you ever see a day the legal system of this country will be in a secure and controlled enough order to reinstate the death penalty?

Here it was abolished only to be kept up by (imo) legal homicide, But this is obviously very unfair as the Police are thick as $hit and trigger happy.

WIll it ever gain control enough to offer fair trial/sentence, is there any light at all?

A Dead criminal can never kill, harm, or rob someone again. Kudo's for those in law enforcement who eliminate criminals once and for ever.

A dead suspect can never go to trial or snitch on the politicians, police and military officials who pull his strings. Hooray for extrajudicial assassinations!
