Hello everyone. I have another newbie question. I just arrived in Santo Domingo last night, paid for my tourist card and stepped to the immigrations line. I always thought that the tourist visa was something you were supposed to carry around with you but the agent at the end of the line, before I reached the desk, took mines, looked at it, kept it and told me to go to the desk. Is that how things are done here?
