El cafe restaurant in Santiago

I just ate at this restaurant in los jardines, santiago. Food is really good and cheap. Under 200 pesos. The also offer a cooking school. El cafe is located on calle dr. arturo grullo, behind omega tech. 809-241-6550

I remember a small, but excellent restaurant also called El Caf?... but was told that it was closed (I fear, after the owner had died...?).
This could not be a revival of it, could it?

What??? Maybe the Pichardos sold the El Caf? business name? On Arturo Grullon? Have to check that out...

The original El Caf? was torn down and is now a big building for offices and a couple of restaurants and bars.
