Do you know any one traveling to the DR from the US or Europe who could bring me a pouch of American Spirit rolling tobacco? If from the US, the red pouch is good. If from Europe, the orange pouch is good. I will pay for it in pesos! As that is all I have here.

It used to be available in Canada, not sure anymore. But you would have to go to a smokeshop, not just a corner store.

On a side note, how hard do you think it would be to get your hands on a Virginia Tobacco plant, grow it organically and cure it, dry it, and prepare it yourself? I mean you can't be too far from someone that knows a thing or two about growing tobacco.

Ummmm----am from BC, Canada and they grow some great smoke here but not of the tobacco variety. I understand that bringing you any such souvenirs from our province could be frowned upon. However,- will explore the availability of American Spirit for you.
