I thought I knew the answer to this one but apparently not
when there is an orange light with an arrow pointing straight on and you have traffic behind you can you carry on through the light.
apparently the lights in sosua now show red on one side to amet and amber to traffic coming towards sosua therefore anyone going through an amber light will be fined
the nice policeman told me that you have to stop if the light is amber, therefore why put an arrow on it, Im not sure he knew the rules really
