Don't understand your question at all. Like Eddy said, the currency in the Dominican Republic IS the Peso. There is 100 Dominican centavos in 1 Dominican Peso. (???)
Currently $16.70 Pesos = $1.00 U.S. Dollar (USD)

The symbol for a Dominican Peso in the Dominican Republic is "$". This is also the symbol for the US Dollar in the United States. To distinguish between the two, RD$ is used for Dominican Pesos (as opposed to DR$, which I've never seen), and US$ is used for US Dollars.

DOP is another common way of referring to the Dominican Peso.

RD$16.65 = US$1.00, or 16.65 Dominican Pesos to the US Dollar.
