Actually, Oisiki (Chicole) Gitis is not a rabbi and is no longer resident in the DR., The administrative functions of the Jewish community of the Republic are managed by Isaac Lalo, who can be reached by way of his mobile telephone 809 856 8585.
Never heard of it. Maybe a religious group is coming in or they are marketing timeshares to Jewish demographics. They would have a difficult time offering kosher dining.this is in the lifestyle holiday resort
I doubt it is OK certified as they would be required to have a fulltime mashgiach and cooking is Bishul Yisrael. Possibly they serve OK certified items?The resort has a full OK certified kosher kitchen at the Blues restauraunt.
