I think from Santo Domingo to San Jose (with TACA or Condor), and from Santiago via Panama City to San Jose (with Copa Airlines) 1 stop

Thanks for your reply. The Condor flight was cheap and comfortable but I cannot find it on their website anymore. Do you know if they still fly this route?

Copa Airlines flys direct from Santo Domingo to San Jose, CR. Round trip price is $514USD. This is an economy fare, which is the cheapest one listed on their website. It is about a 2.5hr flight.

Expedia came up with a flight from Condor for $340 Oct. 27 - Nov. 3rd
