car insurance sosua/cabarete

The insurance on my car has expired it came with the car when i bought it) and i need to get some new insurance.

Any advice for basically just liability insurance? (the car is 11 years old and i dont really want to pay the premium to have it insured against damage or theft...if one even can with a car this old?)

Just get what they call "Ley" insurance. That should cost less than $100 US for a year. I know an agent in Puerto Plata if you want to go there. You can PM me for the number if you wish.

There is an agency in Sosua where the Orange telephone company store is located. It is on the second floor of the plaza behind the Orange store. It is near Banco Popular.
