    Add furnished not furnished.
We are looking for a long term rental in either Santiago or Santo Domingo.
Having a hard time finding furnished with out all the crazy abagado and 2+1 and 3+1 fees. We would like to keep some $ in the bank.

    So would they.

    It is what it is.

Don't sweat the details, when rent is quoted understand the *actual* rent is 8% higher when commissions are factored in.

the rest is just a payment plan.

International School is in La Mulata, Sosua. I would recommend Las Canas.

Lascanas Aparthotel Sosua | Rentals Sosua hotel | Condo hotel Sosua | holidays hotels sosua | rent sosua hotels

You can walk to school from there.

check the cost of the school. The rent is the least of your problems...
