I don't know about POP, but looking for tires in Santiago was maddening.

We finally bought at PriceSmart, a massive collection and the best prices.

I second the suggestion on going to PriceSmart for tires if possible rather than buying them in POP.

J & R on 12 de Julio is reasonable. Few blocks past Torfilco, same side of the street.

Yes, second the recommendation on J&R. Not only did I buy two new tires there earlier this year, they recently fixed my tire that had a nail in it for 75 pesos... He told me it was 75 pesos and I sounded surprised so he said 65 pesos.... But I explained that I thought it was too LOW so I gave him 100 pesos and gave the guy that did the work another 25 pesos. And they are very polite and considerate, too.

Yea, J & R worked out fine for me. I've gone there before to balance tires 75 pesos each. Nice guy as well. thanks everyone
