Is there a window when prices are at their lowest to fly out of the country from SDQ or STI. Not something I have ever kept an eye on or even know if there is a dip window?
best time is just before xmas. Loads of Dominicans coming in and not many going out. Wait till a week before and prices tumble especially to Spain. I flew to the UK a few years ago at xmas and wish I had waited to book till last minute.
