Sosua, Hotel Villa Flor

Hi everybody,
i am urgently (and somehow) desperately searching for some input about the appartment/hotel "villa flor" in sosua at the northern coast of the DR.
Does anyone have an idea what the house, the surrounding, the beach is like?
i am going to leave on monday 4th 2001 from dusseldorf airport.
it would be nice as well, if you would contact me in case you booked the same flight, the same hotel, the same date or city...
we, two males about 27 years old (hetero), are looking forward to spend 14 very nice, relaxing, partying days in the mentioned location. if you intend the same things too, well, write to:

it is actually an apartment group; clean, well maintained and quiet with many permanent residents. shopping is close; there is a pool; the beach about a ten minute walk.

Would very much appreciate a phone number and address for the Villa Flor.
