Question for all of you driving experts on this board.
If you had to get from Dajabon to Pedernales, and didn't want to travel inside Haiti, which route would you drive?
Basically in short, is there a reliable road to take north to south on the western side of DR?
On Google Maps highway 45/46/47 seem to get you to pedernales area, but are they reliable roads?
Or is it faster to just drive around through the center of the country through Santiago and back around?
