Best place for new years?

Just wanted to get your guys thoughts on places you'll be spending your new years. Ill be in Cabarete for New Years! Havnt been there before for New Years but I've been for Samana Santa and Verano Presidente, and I had a blast. I hope New Years is just as good in Cabarete. I would love to hear anyone's experience for New Years in Cabarete. Back to my question what is the best party/best place in D.R. for New Years???

I can't tell about other places in the DR since I'm always here for the New Year. It used to be a lot better in years past (much better fireworks and many more people), but it is still a lot of fun especially for those who can manage to party until dawn.
