I thought I would post this since so many questions arise about this.

I was in an EPS office this morning and someone was picking up a MacBook Air that he bought on Amazon. It cost him $1250 on Amazon. The Aduana was 8,500 rd, the cost from EPS was 1,550 rd.

Bottom line was he paid a total of just about $1,510 US door to EPS.

Still best to get a mule to save about $260. He also told me that Aduana gave him a hard time. They held the computer for a week asking EPS for some ridulous fee. He held out and paid what I posted.

Now that I'm back in the states and traveling back about every 3-4 months I usually bring at least on laptop with me. The last one I got on Ebay for my wife was a Dell D410, I paid $98 for it and it works like a charm. There are so many good deals out there on Ebay for used ones and new ones are of course so much cheaper also. I've brought back a couple blackberry's also that I picked up here for under $100. Just call me mulo.
